How mazai.tech handles the details you send through the collaboration form, and what this site stores in your browser.
Last updated: 23 September 2026
Who processes your data
mazai.tech decides why and how the data described below is processed. For any question about it, or to ask for access, correction or deletion, write to privacy@mazai.tech.
What the collaboration form collects
The form asks for the following, and nothing is collected in the background:
- Full name and work email, so we can reply.
- Company, and optionally your country or region.
- What you are interested in, and optionally an industry and a selected opportunity.
- The message you write.
Why it is processed and on what basis
The details are used for one purpose: to read your inquiry and answer it. They are not used for advertising, not sold, and not enriched with data from anywhere else.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened.
Spam protection
To keep the form usable, the server briefly counts requests per IP address in memory, for up to ten minutes. That count is never written to disk, never stored alongside your inquiry, and is lost when the server restarts. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the form working.
The form also carries a hidden field that people never see and a minimum fill time. Both are checked on the server. There is no captcha and no request to any third party.
How long it is kept
An inquiry is kept while the conversation is active and reviewed at least every 24 months. It is deleted when it is no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction on its use, or a portable export, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent. Write to privacy@mazai.tech and we will answer within one month. If you are in the EU or the UK and are not satisfied, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This is a business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, the date above changes and, where the change concerns your consent, the banner asks again.
